MuscleGloss - An Easy to Use Epoxy Concrete Finish

MuscleGloss is an easy-to-use epoxy concrete floor coating, and comes with a complete step-by-step instruction video. Samples of the epoxy coating instructional video are available below in QuickTime Format.

Step 1: Scrub MusclePrep on the floor
Floor service profile preparation is done using a  MusclePrep which is a non-corrosive water dilutable concrete etching compound that will quickly remove excess mortar from the floor, leaving a good surface profile for the MuscleGloss to adhere to.

Step 2: Brush MuscleStop over oil spots and stains
Full MuscleGloss instructions provided with purchase. For floors that are heavily saturated use Oily Floor Primer.

Step 3: Apply MuscleFill

Step 4: MuscleGloss Application
Pre-mix A and B, pour part B directly into Part A, mix thoroughly for approximately 2 minutes, using power drill and mixer provided.

Step 5: Roll out MuscleGloss
Pour out a bead approximately 8-10 feet long and spread it evenly with a roller. Roll out the epoxy mixture in 2-3 foot widths. Be sure to not over-roll the MuscleGloss as the coating may entrap air bubbles and leave an undesirable finish. For best results use a squeegee prior to rolling to evenly spread the Muscle Gloss.

Step 6: Evenly apply MuscleFleck
MuscleFleck provides you with a non-skid surface and is an integral part of the coating process. Broadcast the MuscleFleck to create a uniform pattern on the freshly coated concrete achieving a non-slip surface. A hand held seed spreader will also give you a balance broadcast.
